How to clear fix version field of the sub-task when the parent status is reopened.
This article explains how to clear the fix version field of the subtask when the parent ticket is reopened with the Clear Field Value post function using the JSU app.

To clear fix version field based on the Clear Field Value (JSU) post function.
Configuring the Clear Field Value post-function clears the value of a specified field after a transition has been completed.
Clears the fields on issue types related to All Sub Tasks
Instructions
Edit the workflow that is associated with your project.
Select the Reopen transition.
Select the Post Functions tab and click the Add post function.
Select the Post Function: Clear Field Value(JSU) and click Add
Select the parameters as shown below and click Add
Click on Add and Publish the workflow.
