JSU for Jira Server/Data Center

To remove JSU from your Jira instance

  1. Log in as a Jira Administrator.

  2. Click the Administration cog icon in the top right of Jira.

  3. Select Add-ons > Manage add-ons to display the list of apps installed on your Jira instance.

  4. Select JSU. The details for the JSU app display.

  5. Click Uninstall. The information summary displays an Uninstalling message and the app will be uninstalled from Jira.

For Re-enabling / Permanent removal

  • You can remove and re-install JSU without the loss of your configurations.

  • All implemented features remain in your workflows and therefore available again after the re-installation.

If you want to permanently remove JSU from your instance, you first have to remove all the implemented JSU features from your workflows. See the JSU Configuration Guide for a reminder of all the possible JSU components that you might have to remove.
