Permissions Scope Change

You don’t need to do anything before this date.
We will soon be implementing a permissions scope change to JSU Cloud to enable us to better communicate with our customers. This change will require a manual update of JSU Cloud for our current customers. The manual update will also be required to enable automatic updates to all future versions.
What does this change mean for you?
The additional permission will enable us to access a customer’s email address through the email opt-in option that we will implement in a later release. Please be assured that we will not start accessing email addresses before releasing this option.
With the opt-in feature, email contact will be a privacy option that you can enable in the app Settings. We will not access your email address, and you will not receive email communication without your deliberate consent.
