To remove JSU from your Jira instance
Log in as a Jira Administrator.
Click the Administration cogiconon in the top bar to open the Jira Administration consoleright of Jira.
Select Add-ons > Manage add-ons to display the list of apps installed on your Jira instance.
Select JSU. The details for the JSU app will display.
Click Uninstall. The information summary will display displays an Uninstalling message and the app will be uninstalled from Jira.

You can remove and re-install JSU without the loss of your configurations.
All implemented features "stay" remain in your workflows and therefore will be available again after the re-installation.
