Before You Begin
You must be a Jira administrator to carry out the instructions on this page.
Browser requirements for the JSU app match the relevant Jira requirements. See the Jira Supported Browser page for the version of Jira that you are using.
You need a license for JSU. You can use a free Evaluation license for 30 days. Learn about our pricing tiers in our Marketplace listing.
Limitations
JSU Cloud can only be used to customize the workflows of company-managed (Classic) projects in Jira. Within your workflows, however, you can create automation rules that relate to issues in team-managed (Next-gen) projects. Learn more about configuring rules for related issues in JSU's Configuration Guide.
