Permissions Scope Change

We will soon be implementing a permissions scope change to JSU Cloud to enable us to better communicate with our customers. This will require a manual update of JSU Cloud for our current customers. What does this change mean for you?
The additional permission will make it possible for us to access a customer’s email address. This is to enable the email opt-in option that will be added in a later release. Please be assured that we will not start accessing email addresses before this option is implemented.
When the opt-in feature is rolled out, email contact will be a privacy option that you can enable in the app Settings. We will not access your email address and you will not receive email communication without your deliberate consent.
